tinylab 3D 1.75 mm Anthracite PLA High-Speed Filament
3D printers are a technology that has attracted great interest in recent years and has started to enter almost every home. With the release of affordable 3D printer models , it has become easier for people to access such devices. TinyLab produces high-performance filaments manufactured with high precision by integrating its extensive material expertise into additive manufacturing technologies. FDM 3D printers generally use PLA or ABS consumables for printing. With TinyLab’s high-performance PLA filaments, you can print at very high speeds and with maximum quality on the 3D printers currently available on the market. These PLA filaments developed by TinyLab are among the most reliable and most preferred consumables in the European and American markets. There are many different colors and types of 3D filament. Anthracite filament, i.e. anthracite PLA filament, is just one of them.
High-Speed Filament is a type of PLA filament formulated to maintain stable flow characteristics at high printing speeds. It is designed to support strong layer adhesion and smooth surface quality during fast printing. For best results, it is recommended to gradually optimize temperature and speed settings according to your printer and slicing profile.
How to find the ideal printing temperature?
PLA filaments are generally known to melt between 190-220°C. However, each filament type has a temperature value at which it prints most optimally. Printing at this temperature can create a visibly noticeable difference in print quality.
When you open a new filament package, finding this temperature first will help your subsequent prints come out with better quality. You can determine the optimal temperature value by printing a Temp Tower (temperature tower). A Temp Tower is a layered structure. While preparing the print gcode file, each layer is printed at a different temperature value. Then, each layer is examined one by one and the temperature value that looks best in print quality is selected. This temperature value indicates the optimal printing temperature for the filament you purchased.
