MICS-6814 Air Quality CO NO2 NH3 Nitrogen Carbon Gas Sensor Module
The MICS-6814 consists of a precision micro-mechanical diaphragm, embedded heating resistor and sensing layer on top of the product. Thus, it has three completely independent sensing elements in a total package. It can easily detect the gas formed in automobile exhaust, industrial and agricultural wastes.
