DS3231 Precise RTC and 24C32 Memory Card

You can use this practical break out having DS3231 RTC and 24c32 EEPROM ICs for your DIY projects needed precise real time clock information. This modul has I2C communication interface. Additionally you can find CR2032 clock battery housing for RTC modul on the board.

The main difference between DS3231 and DS1307 is that DS3231 has a temperature - compensated crystal. This allows DS3231 to be more precise.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This board charges the battery via Vcc line. If you want to use a non-rechargeable battery like CR2032, you need to modify this board. You can use rechargeable batteries like LIR2032 with no problems.
