Key Features:
- PMSM Servo Extruder: Delivers a maximum extrusion force of up to 8.5 kg, which is 70% more than its predecessor. It actively detects filament grinding or clogs in real-time by measuring resistance and position thousands of times per second.
- Automatic Flow Dynamics Calibration: Utilizes a high-resolution eddy current sensor. Through smart algorithms, it actively adjusts the flow rate to ensure precise and consistent extrusion on every layer and corner.
- Adaptive Airflow & 50°C Chamber Heat: By drawing cold air directly from the outside, it provides excellent overhang performance and cooling for low-temperature filaments (PLA, PETG). Simultaneously, it maintains a 50°C chamber temperature to safely prevent the warping of demanding engineering filaments.
- AI Failure Detection: Employs advanced AI-powered computer vision and an NPU with 2 TOPS capacity. It enhances print safety by instantly detecting common issues like spaghetti failures, nozzle blobs, and incorrect startup settings.
- Quick-Swap Nozzle (Hotend): Featuring a single-clip mechanism, the new design allows you to easily replace the entire nozzle and heatsink assembly in just 30 seconds without needing to disconnect any cables.
- Hardened Steel Hardware: The printer's extruder gear and nozzle are made of hardened steel, providing exceptional resistance to wear. It is highly reliable for the long-term printing of fiber-reinforced (Carbon Fiber / Glass Fiber) and abrasive materials.
