Machines ship directly from our subsidiary factory and are not cancelable once they have shipped.
In-stock machines and EMP Signature Series Lasers ship directly from our warehouse in Florida.
Lasers, stands, filter boxes, lids and Glass Tubes are shipped via Ground Freight. All other items are shipped via small parcel.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
All shipping methods are to be selected upon purchase and before payment is made.

All freight shipments that ship from our warehouse in Florida are insured.
If a machine or freight item are damaged during transit, EMP will 巴西人与禽发生性行为的后果 the carrier to file the claim. This is not a guarantee of any discount or refund, it is up to the shipping company's discretion.

We only issue a refund if we are refunded by the shipping company, usually these are partial refunds.
